1. The Hague Convention on the Taking of Evidence Abroad in Civil or Commercial Matters, 18 March 1970, 847 UNTS 231, here referred to as the Hague Evidence Convention. The Hague Evidence Convention entered into force for the Netherlands on 7 June 1981.
