* S. 126(2) CCPr.: The defendant who has no known domicile in the Kingdom shall be sued before the court of his actual residence.

s. 1429 CC: Payment shall be made at the place stipulated in the contract; in the absence of a stipulation, payment as regards specific goods shall be made at the place where the goods concerned are at the time of contusion of the contract.
Apart from these two cases, payment shall be made at the domicile of the creditor as long as he continues to be domiciled in the municipality where he was domiciled at the time of conclusion of the obligation, and otherwise at the domicile of the debtor.
