Alfred University is one of only eleven ABET accredited Universities in the U.S. offering Bachelor's degrees in Ceramic Engineering. The New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University is one of the statutory colleges of the State University of New York system. Funding for the College comes from S.U.N.Y., but the College is an integral part of Alfred University and is administered by the Alfred President and Board of Trustees.
