A method of solvng advecton-dsperson equaton wth decay chan of arbtrary length by usng the method of characterstcs s ntroduced. n specfc cases where the advecton s domnant rather than dsperson, the method s known to be useful mnmzng the numercal dsperson. The suggested models consdered to be effectve through several llustratons for the case that decay chan of arbtrary lengths nvolved durng transport, whch s dffcult to solve by standard numercal solutons when the medum becomes more complcated.
