Anomaly in Thermal Expansion of YB2Cu307-y Around 250K

Abstract

The linear thermal expansion coefficient of YBa2Cu307 as a function of temperature has been studied. An anomaly is observed at 250K. This temperature is found to be dependent on oxygen deficiency.
