New Method for the Full Processing of Experimental Spectra in the Resonant Nuclear Reaction Analysis
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 22 February 2011
Extract
Extensive studies of the mathematical and physical aspects of the interpretation of NRA spectra began in the mid - 1980s. A large amount of work [1-3] in this field was done by G.Amsel's group. Various physical effects accompanying the beam - target interaction were analysed and their influence on the accuracy of the concentration profile was evaluated. To solve the direct problem, a program which is now widely used was written on the basis of that study.
