Hetero n-i-p-i Structures for Nonlinear Optics and for Studies of Charge Carrier Transport
Published online by Cambridge University Press: 21 February 2011
Abstract
The use of large optical nonlinearities in hetero n-i-p-i structures to study charge carrier transport is discussed. A short history of hetero n-i-p-i's and a summary of related semiconductor microstructures are also presented.
