Abstract

We have applied kinetic simulation to MOCVD chemistry in a horizontal MOCVD reactor. Both chemical reactions and material diffusion are considered. For trimethylgallium decomposition, concentrations of chemical species reach their steady state values which differ largely from the equilibrium values.
