Abstract

The physics of climate

An International Conference on ‘The Physics of Climate’' will be held at the Royal Society, London, UK, on 29 and 30 October 1997. The themes of the conference are:

[bull ] Radiation, clouds, humidity and aerosols.

[bull ] Climate, chaos, predictability and entropy.

[bull ] Interactions between the cryosphere, land, atmosphere and biosphere.

[bull ] Climate models, observations and detection of climate change.
