Abstract

Rochelle Rawlinson outlines her experiences as the Lovells' London office's library manager when its library research team, the main library, and group libraries, moved to a new building in July 2002. She looks at the lead up to the move and its aftermath including a merger of the information teams. An underlying theme is managing and dealing with change.
