The following synopsis of the points to be dealt with, by the opener of the discussion, was circulated with the notice of the meeting:
(A) —The nature of the benefits usually granted.
(1) Disability benefit.
(a) Waiver of premiums during permanent total disability.
(b) Payment of an annuity during such disability.
