On page x, I said I had received a copy of Falgatter's notes for 1933 from Professors Don Patinkin and James Earley. I received copies of Professor Lorie Tarshis's notes from Patinkin when we were both on sabbatical at Chicago. Professor James Earley correctly and kindly pointed out to me that the Falgatter notes went from him to Tarshis and that I must have received the notes from Professors Tarshis and Earley.CrossRefGoogle Scholar
