The symbol D will be written for the space of indefinitely differentiable functions on the n-dimensional Euclidean space Rn which have compact support and Dapos; will denote the space of Schwartz distribution on Rn, the topological dual of D. Except where contrary is explicitly stated, it will be assumed that D′ is equipped with the strong topology β (D′, D) induced by D.
