In 2021 the Editors of the Journal of Public Policy (JPP) launched the best published paper award.
The winner has been selected and we are pleased to announce that "Are policymakers responsive to public demand in climate politics?” by Lena Maria Schaffer, Bianca Oehl and Thomas Bernauerhas been chosen as the recipient of the inaugural Journal of Public Policy Best Published Article Award.
The award will be given annually to an article that makes a significant contribution to one of the policy domains represented in our journal and has important implications for the whole field of public policy. A committee of three editorial board members reviewed all research articles scheduled for publication in Volume 41 of the journal and chose their article from among them.
The winners will share a cash award in the amount of USD $500,00 and their article is available open access below.
