Giant cementoblastoma simulating a peridental infection

Abstract

A case of giant cementoblastoma of the maxilla in young female is reported. An unusual painful swelling of the gingivolabial area led to an initial misdiagnosis of a peridental infection and consequently to inappropriate trcatment.
