Air gun pellets in the sinuses

Abstract

Three cases of penetrating sinus injuries due to air gun pellets are presexnted in order to illustrate the potentially serious consequences of air gun injuries. Primary surgery was performed in all cases.

The clinical presentation, methods of accurate pre-operative localization and surgery are discussed.
