It was brought to the Editor's attention that figure 1 was published without obtaining permission from the copyright owner. Therefore, figure 1 has been removed from the PDF and HTML version of the article.

Figure 1 is a representation of preliminary data that was not intended for publication. Given its preliminary nature, and that the author cannot be accountable for the source data for the figure, the article is sufficiently undermined to remove it from the published record.

The article PDF has been watermarked and the title in both PDF and HTML versions has been amended to state that the article has been retracted.

The author, Erik Lindborg, disagrees with this retraction.
