Repeatability and heritability of persistency of lactation and initial milk yield in the Egyptian buffaloes

Extract
The aim of this investigation was to study the repeatability and heritability of initial milk yield and persistency of lactation in buffaloes. The interrelationships between 305 days milk yield, initial milk yield and persistency were also investigated.
