Unilateral auditory hallucinations – a case report

Abstract

A case of unilateral auditory hallucinations with endogenous depression is described. Treatment of depression improved the hallucinations. The relationship of lateralisation phenomena with cerebral hemispheric dys-function and peripheral ear disease is discussed.
