1. An example of a convincing interpretation by Macuch is the reading pēšikān waspuhrakan “previous inheritance” (p. 85), whereas Perikhanian read “special things?” (p. 320).
2. The book is a mine of information with an index of juridical terms and many details, and few errors, as e.g., Asuristān's Babylonia, not Assyria.
