The Red Cross in Latin America

Published online by Cambridge University Press:  23 November 2010

Extract

Jequier, now retired from his office as ICRC Delegate-General for that part of the world, to give an account of his own experience in some events and to describe some of the International Committee's actions during internal disturbances.
