[On September 12, 1975, the State of Illinois enacted three measures to prevent blacklisting of Illinois businesses by firms honoring economic boycotts ordered by foreign ordomestic governments or corporations. On August 6, 1975, the State of New York enacted amendments to the executive law in relation to boycotts and blacklists and application ofsuch practices because of race, creed, color, national origin or sex, and amendments to extend the human rights law to apply to certain acts committed outside the State.
