They are Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela. The Convention will enter into force on the thirtieth day following the date of deposit of the second instrument of ratification. [The 1980 draft of this convention appears at 19 I.L.M. 618 (1980)].
