Vicente Ráo, Américo Pablo Ricaldoni, Reynaldo Galindo Pohl, Alberto Ruiz-Eldredge, William Barnes, Antonio Gómez Robledo, José Joaquín Caicedo Castilla and Edmundo Vargas Carreño. These explanations appear in the above-mentioned document.

[The Resolution was presented to the third regular session of the General Assembly, as part of the Annual Report of the Inter-American Juridical Committee. The General Assembly took note of the report and expressed its appreciation for the work of the Committee.]
