* [The documents on pages 886-905 are reproduced from the IMF Survey, Vol. 13, No. 19 (October 15, 1984) and Vol. 14, No. 9 (April 29, 1985). The two ministerial-level advisory committees of the Fund and the World Bank are the 22-member Interim Committee of the IMF and the 22-member Development Committee, a joint committee of the Bank and Fund on the transfer of real resources to developing countries. Meetings of the intergovernmental groups, the Group of 10 representing major industrial countries and the Group of 24 representing the developing countries, take place prior to the ministerial level meetings. The communiques from these various meetings of September 1984 and April 1985 follow.]
