[By virtue of the treaties delimiting the continental shelf in the North Sea, one between the Federal Republic of Germany and Denmark (10 I.L.M. 603 (1971) and the other between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Netherlands (10 I.L.M. 607 (1971), the German part of the continental shelf is contiguous to the British part. The above Agreement establishes the Anglo-German boundary line.]
