2 Schengen refers to the Agreement on the gradual abolition of checks at common borders of 14 June 1985 and 19 June 1990, signed by Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Finland, and Sweden.
