[As of December, 1967, Denmark, France, the Federal Republic of Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom had signed the Convention. Malta and the United Kingdom had deposited instruments of ratification. Three ratifications are necessary for its entry into force.
