As of the end of May, the Senate had not yet considered H.R. 5638.[The Canadian fishing zones, as published in the Canada Gazette on November 1, 1976, appear at 15 I.L.M. 1372 (1976). The U.S. statement on the maritime boundaries between the United States and Canada appears at 15 I.L.M. 1435 (1976).]
