[The Departments of Justice and Commerce published the following notice in the U.S. Federal Register, Vol. 46, No. 18 (January 28, 1981), p. 9064, seeking public comments on the effectiveness of the Department of Justice's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Review Procedure. As of March 19, 1981, seven letters with comments had been received. Three of them have been reproduced at I.L.M. pages 400-07.
