The Specific Area is the area south of a straight line between 3 point at 55'46'N. and 170'00'W. and a point at 54c30'N. and 167*00'W., and between the meridian 167°001w. and the meridian 170*00'W., and north of the Aleutian Islands and straight lines between the islands connecting the following coordinates in the order listed: 52°49.2'N. 169°40.4'W., 52°49. 8'N. 169°06.3'W., 53°23.8 ‘N. 167°50.1'W., 53°18.7-N. 167°51.4'W.
