[The Order was adopted by a vote of 12 to 1. The finding of the Order was that the circumstances did not require the exercise of the Court 's power under Article 41 of its Statute to indicate inter immeasures of protection. President Jiménez de Aréchaga, Vice-President Nagendra Singh and Judges Lachs, Morozov, Ruda, Mosler, Elias and Tarazi appended separate opinions to the Order; Judge ad hoc Stassinopoulos appended adissenting opinion. Those opinions which were available in English have been reproduced, beginning at I.L.M. page 997.
[The Court has set the following time limits in the case: for the Memorial of Greece - April 18, 1977; for the Counter-Memorial of Turkey - October 24, 1977.]
