[This is the first comprehensive agreement of its kind to be signed by the Inter - Governmental Maritime Consultative Organization and a Member Government. Most I.M.C.O. projects have been financed by the U.N. Development Programme. Some aid agreements have been signed with individual countries, but these have normally involved single projects. Under the new agreement with Norway, I.M.C.O. will submit a list of projects to Norway each year, and the Norwegian Government will approve as many as possible with in the limits of its annual grant to I.M.C.O.]
