* The work group composed of the Governors for Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay and the United States also studied the report of the Board of Executive Directors and the proposed resolution on he mobilization of resources of countries which are not members of the Bank. The group suggested an amendment to the proposed resolution for the purpose of establishing a period within which the Board of Directors would put into effect the measures for presenting the proposals resulting from the study called for in the draft. The Board of Governors accepted the amendment and approved Resolution AG-7/67.
