[The Concluding Document of the Third Follow-up Meeting of the CSCE, held in Vienna, appears at 28 I.L.M. 527 (1989); the provisions relating to the Human Dimension are at 28 I.L.M. 547 (1989). The first Meeting of the Conference on the Human Dimension was held in Paris, May 30-June 23, 1989. There was no document from that meeting. The second Meeting took place in Copenhagen, June 5-July 29, 1991. That document is reproduced at 29 I.L.M. 1305 (1990). The third Meeting was held in Moscow, September 10- October 4, 1991. The document from the third Meeting appears below.
