The Austrian Federal Ministry of Unterricht, Kunst und Kultur in Vienna offered the perfect frame for the symposium “Rechtsfragen der Restitution von Kulturgut” on October 12, 2007. Under the direction of Gerte Reichelt, member of the Institut für Kunst und Recht (IFKUR) advisory board, the Ludwig Boltzmann Institut für Europarecht dedicated this day for the UNESCO convention in 1970 and the UNIDROIT convention in 1995.
