In the article by H. F. van Panhuys, “In tlie Borderland between the Act of State Doctrine and Questions of Jurisdictional Immunities” (p. 1193) there is an error on page 1197. “… instances of courts having declined to assume jurisdiction …” (para, (ii), second line) should read: “… instances of courts having assumed jurisdiction …”
