Extract

Restrictive Practices, Patents, Trade Marks and Unfair Competition in the Common Market

In this supplement to the July 1962 International and Comparative Law Quarterly in the article “The Regulation of the Restrictive Business Practices under the Common Market Treaty” by M. Roland Mussard two corrections were inadvertently omitted from the final text:

1. Page 28, second full paragraph, lines 3–4, should read “retrospectively, without any limitation (other than that of the time when the conditions of Article 85, paragraph 8, were met), to agreements.…”

2. Page 24, final paragraph, line 4, should read “A summary of the application or of the notification, so that.…”

The Editors wish to apologise for these omissions.
