Environment and Mental Health
The collection focuses on the contribution of environmental variables to mental health and cognition across the lifespan. Environment is considered in terms of physical conditions (i.e., climate, pollutants, housing), social context (i.e., socioeconomic conditions, family, school, and work conditions) and lifestyle choices (i.e., physical activity, nutrition, substance use). Studies examine both risk and protective factors and potential interventions. The collection includes both invited papers and unsolicited contributions.
