Effectiveness of Fenilpiratsetam (Entrop) in the Treatment of Asthenia Patients

Abstract
The study included 90 patients with a diagnosis of neurasthenia (F48.0) and postconcussional syndrome (F07.2).
The main group included 60 patients, control group – 30 patients. Patients main group received 100 mg of Entrop twice a day during 21 days. Patients control group, received Piracetam 100 mg at some time.
The maine group patients after treatment by Entrop were obtained authentically significant differences in such psychopathological symptoms: general weakness (p <0.05), fatigue (p <0, 05), irritability (p <0, 05), headache (p <0.05), difficulty falling asleep (p <0.05), anxiety (p <0.05), lack of vigor after sleep (p <0.05), uncertainty (p <0, 05).
The 21-day Entrop therapy is a distinct entropy significantly improve basic cognitive functions:
- Improves functioning of verbal memory in the form of increasing the volume of direct memory and long term memory;
- Improves the function of voluntary attention, increasing volumes of information processed, reduces the effects of exhaustion, improved speed settings;
- Improving the quality of counting operations;
- Reduced the severity of perceptual – gnostic disorders;
- There is a general increase in cognitive efficiency.
Appointment of Entrop 100 mg 2 times a day for 21 days did not cause any effects of intolerance and overall tolerability.
