El síndrome de Charles Bonnet: descripción de dos casos

Resumen

El síndrome de Charles Bonnet se caracteriza por la presencia de alucinaciones visuales en ancianos, pero sin ningún trastorno mental. Se describen dos casos clínicos. Se propone una teoría etiológica y fisiopatológica, basada en la patología vascular, la falta de estimulación visual y un componente psicodinámico.
