Wide-Band Spectra of Prompt Emission

Abstract

The Fermi observatory has detected GeV photons from several GRBs. Some of them show anextra spectral component, which is a hint for emission mechanism of GRBs. Here we discussthe GeV emission mechanism according to several promising models. The difference betweenmodels will appear in temporal evolution of the photon spectrum. To verify this,instruments that can obtain high photon statistics like CTA are desired. We also discussthe photosphere model, which is recently supported by wide-band observations withFermi.
