Abstract


This contribution reviews the most recent experimental resultsobtained on the polarization anisotropy of the Cosmic MicrowaveBackground and those anticipated in the near future. Some basicarguments for a dedicated satellite are also presented, as well as theneed for a better characterization of polarized Galactic foregrounds.
