Abstract

A movement is needed for federal, state, and local agencies to integrate watershed planning into their daily transportation planning activities. The integration will provide a method for collecting, sharing, and analyzing watershed data (science) and provide a framework outlining appropriate strategies (policy) to more effectively balance transportation projects and enhance the environment.
