1 Dr R. A. Coles has now very kindly examined P. Oxy. 1236 in Cairo for me and reports that it is ‘quite horrible’ but there appear to be no traces of any letters after Παμφ⋯λην at the end of 931 and he could discern nothing after το⋯το in 933 (where the papyrus is encrusted with mud).
