They do not. Verses 8 and 9 distinguish between the proper motion of the snn and moon and planets through the zodiacal signs from west to east and their diurnal motion about the earth from east to west in common, with all the heaven. Verses : 19 and 20 refer to the periodical acceleration and retardation of the former of these two motions.
