page 112 note 1 Exempli gratia I would cite his ἐν ταὐτῷ πέδου (for πέδῳ) at Bacch. 1220, which lurks modestly in a footnote. This partitive genis not common; J. might have cited as a parallel Eur. Phoen. 38 ἐς ταὐτὸν… ὁδοῦ.
page 113 note 1 Kühner—Gerth (n. i, p. 111) say that the use of the middle with the reflexive is ‘häu-fig’ but it must be admitted that nearly all the reflexives cited are datives. The accusative seems rare.
