It is no credit to modern texts that even readings of C, conveniently accessible in Zangemeister's fac-simile edition of 1900, remained unchecked until 1965. Detail concerning corrections in B was available since 1900 in Lindskog's paper, LundsUniv. Årsskr. 36, and it bears out the accuracy of Questa's statements, except the perhaps at 681 (Lindskog, p. 25, a very minute point).
