Dans la contribution Nelson, de L Dolliver M., “Reasonable Bond and the Jurisprudence of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea: Some Brief Remarksà la p 74 Google Scholar, l’auteur note: “It may be remarked here that the use of the word ‘suffisante’ in the French text, and the meanings attributed to it by France and Australia, certainly reflects the open nature texture of the expression ‘reasonable’.” Ibid à la p 68: “The Tribunal has to a certain extent qualified this observation when it went on to add” au lieu de “The Tribunal has, to a certain extent, qualified this observation when it went on to add.”
