Comparative Provincial Policy Analysis: A Research Agenda

According to Colin Bennett, “the comparative policy tradition has never been seriously embraced by Canadian policy analysts.” This is not to say, however, that comparison is absent from policy analysis. Though their number is somewhat limited, several Canadian policy analysts are committed to a comparative approach, and this trend is increasing, particularly in the field of provincial policy analysis.
